Terms of Service

RealBids is a job-discovery, scoring, and AI-assisted proposal drafting service operated by Leaduru Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). RealBids monitors Upwork marketplace job postings and provides personalized, ranked alerts and AI-drafted proposal content to help freelancers work faster.

RealBids is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Upwork Inc. Upwork is a registered trademark of Upwork Inc. You are solely responsible for ensuring your own use of Upwork complies with Upwork's own terms of service.

• Free — a single job feed and a limited monthly AI-credit allotment.
• Job Alerts — $9.99/month or $89.88/year, unlimited job feeds and real-time alerts.
• Pro — $29.99/month or $269.88/year, unlimited feeds, 1,000 AI credits/mo, and access to Auto Bid proposal generation.

Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Estimated Upwork Connects shown in the dashboard are informational only — RealBids does not spend Connects or submit bids on Upwork on your behalf unless you explicitly enable and configure Auto Bid, and even then, generated proposals are drafts you control.

If you are unhappy with the Service, you may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the charge by contacting tos-privacy@realbids.app. Renewals are generally non-refundable; cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If a technical failure on our part prevents you from using the Service for a significant period, contact us for a discretionary adjustment or refund.

RealBids is a tool, not an employment or income service. Dashboard figures such as pipeline value, MRR targets, and the "Strategic Rule" projection are illustrative estimates based on the data you enter and historical patterns — they are not guarantees, forecasts, or projections of actual income, contracts, or business outcomes. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job wins, interviews, hires, or any specific financial result. Client behaviour and competitive dynamics on Upwork are entirely outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any job data, score, or AI-generated content provided.

Proposal text and screening-question answers generated by RealBids are drafts produced with AI assistance. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before sending it to a client — including its accuracy, originality, and appropriateness for the job. We do not warrant that generated content is error-free, non-infringing, or will produce any particular result.

By using RealBids, you agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs to third parties.
• Share account access or use a single account for multiple people — one account per person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the RealBids interface in an abusive manner.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent plan limits to access paid features without an active subscription.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, or of Upwork's own terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.

When you create an account, you agree to receive transactional email (sign-in, billing, security notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account, and non-transactional email such as product updates and tips. You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time via the unsubscribe link, your account settings, or by emailing tos-privacy@realbids.app. If you connect Slack, you can disconnect it at any time to stop notifications there.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leaduru Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, RealBids — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
